To get the bees, wasps and hornets to stay away from you, your children and your guests you can easily make your own traps. So don't let another barbeque, picnic or lazy day outside be ruined by these pests.
Use beer cans that are about ? to ? way filled with beer. Left over stale beer or fresh beer are equally effective.
Place the beer cans away from where you are barbequing or relaxing. Put the beer cans which will become the traps at least 10 feet away from you, your children or your guests. Be sure to keep children and pets away from the beer.
Hang the cans from fences or just leave them standing on the ground. Hornets, bees and wasps are attracted to beer. They will go into the can, become drunk from drinking the beer, fall into the remaining beer and drown.
