Plant in a sunny spot. The plumbago loves sun and heat, and is extremely drought-tolerant.
Water at the base of the plant and try not to get the flowers wet. This plant is drought-tolerant and almost thrives on neglect, so there will be no need for constant watering.
Fertilize every three weeks with an all-purpose plant fertilizer. This should be done during the growing season.
Prune the spent blossoms during the growing season to promote new growth. You will also want to prune to keep it in shape, as the branches tend to ramble.
Checking for disease or pests is something that you will not have to do with the beautiful plumbago, as it is resilient and not bothered by any diseases or pests.
